We had a twin room and it was air conditioned and brand-new.

Its nearness to Rly station
I reached in hotel at 7:00 am on 17/05/2010 but the staff told that room is not cleaned it shall be given to us at 9:00 am. But the room keys were handedover at 4:00 pm and my family has to share room with some other family. For this no one day refund was given by hotel.

Good buffet breakfast, free WiFi by the bar, there are about 15 free parking places.
Room furniture could do with a good clean - especially the curtains. Room smelt of smoke. Parts of the free parking area didn't feel secure (there is a private pay parking area though)

Nice decorations and a pretty standard setup here, with the reception staff being impressively efficient. The hotel's location outside the city center is just fantastic, a great way to end our trip! 🌟

The price and the breakfast
Room was small and very warm. Airco wasn't working properly and made noise as well. I have been here before and had a much better room. My room now was on the upper floor (5th) and it seemed that this floor was for the cheap and less comfortable rooms.

The location.
Very bad bedding. I was very happy that we just have to stay there one night. After one night I had a really bad backpain.

The hotel is clean and the staff at the reception desk is attentive. The location is perfect, close to an office building, Schiphol airport, and railway and train stops. It is also within walking distance from the train station.

My room was well-equipped and nicely decorated with sofa and dining table. Thanks to the attentive staff everything was nice, including a great selection of good food. The location in a lovely quiet area was comfortable and there were shopping malls and a market nearby.

We were initially given a room in the old wing of the hotel, which was spacious and clean but a bit dated. However, when we requested a modern room like the ones advertised, the staff quickly accommodated our request without any hassle. The new room was beautifully decorated and had a central location, making it convenient for exploring the area. we had a lovely stay at Golden Tulip Zoetermeer - Den Haag and would recommend it to others.

wifi clean reception breakfast close to train and offices of our company
1) fan in the bathroom working all the time 2) highway is very close but thanks to quite good windows not so noisy, beware the small window to be shut up :-) (the bigt window is not possible to open) 3) the outside look from the highway is unattractive:-)

The breakfast was great, the check in was smooth. We were in an exceptionally nice location close to the trainstation of Zoetermeer, Den Haag center and anywhere in The Netherlands🙂
